And other question assault weapons and you and I -- on the same page on this issue. How important do you think it was for New York to be out front in passing this legislation. Well I think it was very important for New Yorkers look I believe. I believe congressman that this action was actually long overdue I think government has been delinquent. This was politically difficult issue issue guns so we just didn't deal with it. And I think too many people died and they were too many tragedies and it should have been avoided. So people say New York moved fast I think new York and very slow front -- working on this issue for twenty years. An age should have been -- long long time ago but. Changed columns when the people of focus and the political will is mobilized. What happened in Connecticut I mean it was just that kind of tragedy just I -- struck everyone and galvanize the nation galvanized this state. Western New York. Shooting of first responders and lowered the board to a site and then shot I mean. It really galvanize the state galvanize the country people said well enough is enough something has to happen. And this government I like to think it is quick on achieved and quick to respond which is an essential function of government so. We've been working on this for about a month we started every day after the Connecticut tragedy. Working on crafting a bill and working with the assembly work with senate. And we where even get -- thinking about doing it in December frankly just before Christmas and the holidays. We didn't get there then we didn't finish the bill so we -- the first day they came back but. It is a bill that was save lives Peter believed that and it was long overdue. I believe and people's rights Oregon I don't have gone. Nobody is right to take -- way to it's in the constitution. But I also believe assault weapons are not worth the risk. You don't you don't have to have an assault weapon to go on doing. It's not the purpose of it and that -- winds up in the wrong hands -- mentally ill person criminal a lot of people die.
