I just got back from Albany on Friday night. I met with all the other county executives I can tell you that condition we're in an <b>Erie</b> <b>county</b>. Is far better than what we're seeing across the state. I mean just down the -- here in Monroe county they've had a couple of years of massive budget deficits they used up there. Rainy day fund their their property taxes at the county level or 80% higher than hires. You know they they're doing everything they can but there in a downward spiral compared to <b>Erie</b> <b>county</b>. It's had surpluses the last couple of years we've rebuilt -- rainy day fund north of thirty million dollars now. The budget ... <br/><b>[0:01:52]</b> ... which is something they are. Very strictly prohibited. From doing by the <b>Erie</b> <b>county</b> charter. And and that tragic mistake he is going to cost us five point two million dollars.
